CREATING A BOXMALL

The land opportunity also lends itself to a prime opportunity to construct a Box Mall facility that will open up a whole new world for the Ntabamphlope and Wembezi and surrounding areas. The Escourt/Wembezi road is not only used by its local residents but has constant traffic of tourists and guests to and from the surrounding Lodges and historic sites, such White Mountain Resort, Champagne Resort, Giants Castle, etc. Constructing a Box Mall in this area will uplift the region in so many different facets, such as:

  • Job Creation/Skills Development
  • Tourist destination and attraction
  • Social/Economic upliftment
  • Environmental Sustainability
  • Global partnerships

WASTE RECYCLING PLANT

Another opportunity that has stood out glaringly is the waste recycling initiative. This initiative has great potential to start sooner than the other projects due to the minimum requirements needed to get this off the road. Once again, engagements with key stakeholders such as authorities in municipality, community leaders and Recycling specialists have been approached and discussions are underway to support the project.
